Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
  • Returns are also accepted if the product is:
    • Damaged during shipping
    • Defective
    • Incorrect item received

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@naturalgraze.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will confirm your return request.
  3. Ship the product back to us within 7 days of receiving confirmation.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

  • If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs.
  • If you change your mind or no longer want the product, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
